On behalf of the Board of Trustees of FPTI, we are honored to share that Ms. Filipinas “Fil” O. de Guzman has been appointed School Director of Punlaan School effective October 16, 2025.

Ms. De Guzman joined Punlaan School in 2021 as the Vice Director for Student Affairs, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous engagements in educational institutions, such as the University of Asia and the Pacific and De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and the NGO, Development Advocacy for Women Volunteerism (DAWV).

We are confident that under her leadership, Punlaan School will continue making an impact in society through FPTI’s mission of promoting lifelong development for women.
