In Punlaan, we learned to love our work and do it in the best way we can. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Punlaan which has served as my inspiration to attain many things. After graduation I was absorbed immediately at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel. I was also chosen to be in the opening team of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel Boracay as Head of the Chocolate Department. I was also sent for a two-week training on Chocolates in Switzerland. I worked in Dubai for two prestigious hotels the 7-star hotel – Burj Al Arab and Habtoor Hotel. Right now I am back in the Philippines with my family.
